Dolphin Connection is looking to add enthusiastic members to our team. Full Time and Part Time Reservationist/Sales positions are available. Reservationists’ responsibilities, include but are not limited to: booking reservations for all guests, via phone or in person, selling merchandise, interacting with guests etc. 

Responsibilities and Duties 
Customer Service Skills
Answering phones- Good phone adequacy
Assisting guests with reservations, basic program info/questions etc.
Daily open and closing duties
Assist other team members with any job duties
Computer knowledge
Comfortable with selling programs/merchandise to guests

Qualifications and Skills
Must have great people skills
Must at least have a GED
Must have reliable transportation
Must be a team player
Must be self-motivated
Must be able o multi-task
Basic computer skills- POS will be trained.
