Terms and Conditions for Reservations with Dolphin Discovery
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE MAKING YOUR RESERVATION WITH DOLPHIN DISCOVERY
By entering this site you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this site.
(We recommend you to print a copy of these Terms and Conditions and keep it with your vacation paperwork)
In advance Reservations
All reservations require full payment at the moment of booking.
IMPORTANT: Cancun-Isla Mujeres swim with dolphins activities and Garrafon Park activities do not include $8.00 USD dock fee per participant and per companions that must be paid at the time of registration.
Payments made with Visa or MasterCard: charge will be applied in US dollar. Any currency conversion will be made under the current exchange rate of your bank on the day of purchase. Your statement will reflect the charge of this purchase under the name of "Dolphin Discovery or Dtraveller Ltd".
Payments made with American Express: charge will be applied in Mexican pesos. Any currency conversion will be made under the current exchange rate of your bank on the day of purchase. Your bank statement will reflect this charge under the name of "Dolphin Discovery or Dtraveller Ltd”, with the current exchange rate of the purchase date.
Cancellation Policies covered by our Guarantee:
No refunds apply to cancellations made 4 days before your program. All changes are subject to availability, on 24 hours request. Partial or full cancellations are subject to a 10% bank administration fee. This cancellation policy applies for all locations except for Punta Cana & Los Cabos, for these locations the refund will apply to start 2 days before your program.
This Policy applies only for purchase made after March 13th, 2020

This cancellation policy applies to all locations of The Dolphin Company except for Punta Cana & Los Cabos, for these locations, the refund will apply to start 2 days before your program.
During your reservation: Even though our spaces are limited on high demand, your place in your swim-with-dolphins program is guaranteed from the moment you buy through our website www.dolphindiscovery.com or call center. We understand the importance of your privacy and security mainly the confidentiality of your credit card information, that's why we have in our website Hacker Safe, Thawte & AMIPCI protection.
Before traveling: If the Cruise Ship or airplane trip is cancelled or redirected due to bad weather the very day, we will defer the same program in any date through a certificate that will be valid during the next 365 days. The program will be the same you booked no additional costs due to increasing prices and will be valid during your next vacation in any of our dolphinariums: Isla Mujeres, Cozumel, Puerto Aventuras, Playa del Carmen, Puerto Vallarta, Los Cabos, Six Flags Mexico, Anguila, Tortola, Saint Kitts, Grand Cayman and Punta Cana. If the number of participant's decreases, the extra-one/s will remain use-pending on stand-by till you redeem it. Cash refunds of any kind are implausible. The certificate is transferable to your relatives.
During your program: "Satisfaction guaranteed during your visit to our dolphinarium” If your program is cancelled due to bad weather, heavy rain or strong surge, don't worry! You will be able to take the program during the next 7 days without additional cost, or we shall offer you a certificate valid during the next 12 months + 15% discount if you had have additional reservations. If after the interaction you consider that the dolphin or the trainer didn't provide an experience of a lifetime, we will repeat the program without additional cost. Email us to: email@example.com
Dolphin Discovery offers safe, interactive swimming programs, requiring physical involvement of the participant, who should be in general good health and able to understand and follow directions as given by our trainers.
If you have had recently any surgery or are suffering from any physical condition that could limit you physically (i.e. back pain), you should contact us by phone before making your reservation.
Dolphin Discovery will make every effort to accommodate clients with special needs and requiring assistance. Nevertheless you should contact our Call Center prior booking in order to clarify the nature of the assistance you would require and to ensure such needs can be met.
For safety reasons pregnant women with more than 5 months of pregnancy cannot participate in any of our Dolphin programs, if you have less than 5 months please contact us by phone to assist you.
